GReddy BLOW OFF VALVE FV
GReddy BLOW OFF VALVE FV has adapted Floating Valve structure which does not pull up when the Surge Tank is negative pressure. For no strong initial load, both quick response under low boost and prevention of the relief under high pressure are together. This is a new generation blow off valve.
The attachment flange and the air outlet position is the same as GReddy BLOW OFF VALVE TYPE-RS、RZ. It is possible to replace from the previous model.

For the floating valve structure, the valve moves quickly without unnecessary preload of the spring.
Quick response at low boost
Prevent the loss time of opening and shutting the valve by the floating valve structure.
Adopted the new developed floating valve structure.
This product adopts floating valve design that diaphragm and valve are moving independently, and it insures quicker valve response than previous product and stable blow-off action through all pressure area.
Adopted an new slide type top hat
It adopts new top hat design that can rotate and adjust the hose fitting location, no need to remove top hat and insures easy-to-work. ※Angle can be changed up to 90 degree at one time, if you change over 90 degree, remove the bolt once and repeat to rotate the hat.
BLOW OFF VALVE FV operation
【 Throttle ON 】
Dual valve spring, the combination of the new adjustable valve spring system and the intake manifold pressure provide great control to keep the valve shut even in high boost situations.
【 Throttle Off】
Valve preload is removed when surge tank pressure becomes vacuum and diaphragm and dual spring is pulled. The lower spring rate allows the charge-pipe boost pressure to easily open the valve faster, blow-offs quicker.
【 Throttle OFF (after blow off)】
Even the intake manifold pressure is vacuum and diaphragm is pulled up, once remained pressure is expelled, the new lower spring closes the valve in preparation for throttle ON to be re-opened and boost to resume.
