“GReddy BLOW OFF VALVE FV2” inherits the floating valve structure that was popular in the previous model, while improving the more sophisticated design, maintainability, and reliability.
A hand spinner that enables the preload adjustment of the spring without tools is adopted, and the direction of taking out the hose union of the top cover can also be adjusted 360 ° without tools.
The mounting flange and opening have the same dimensions as the GReddy blow-off valve TYPE-RS, RZ, and FV, and can be replaced from the conventional model.
⚫︎ The “GReddy BLOW OFF VALVE FV2” inherits the popular floating valve structure from the previous model while improving its design, maintainability, and reliability.
⚫︎ It adopts a hand spinner for tool-free spring preload adjustment, and the hose union direction on the top cover can be adjusted 360° without tools.
⚫︎ The mounting flange and release port positions are the same dimensions as the GReddy blow-off valve TYPE-RS, RZ, and FV, allowing replacement from previous models.
⚫︎ Available in chrome and black colors.
* The ZC33S, ZN6/ZC6, and JB64W model-specific kits have a specialized blow-off valve body structure, so replacement from previous models is not possible.
* For BFV-512 and BFV-614, when replacing from previous models to open configuration, modification is necessary as the release port may interfere with the adapter. The return configuration is not affected.

Product Overview
Prevent idling disorder to be caused by Blow Off
The floating valve mechanism allows for quick valve response without the need for unnecessary preload on the spring.
Quick response at low boost
Prevent the loss time of opening and shutting the valve by the floating valve structure.
Adoption of Floating Valve Structure
This product adopts floating valve design that diaphragm and valve are moving independently, and it insures quicker valve response than previous product and stable blow-off action through all pressure area.
New Rotatable Top Cover Adopted
The top cover, now adjustable 360°, eliminates the need to disassemble when changing the hose union direction, significantly improving workability compared to the previous model.
Preload Adjustment with Hand Spinner
The easy-to-rotate hand spinner allows for tool-free preload adjustment within approximately 5 rotations.
HOSE UNIONS
The hose union included with this product is a specialized part with adjusted length due to its internal structure.
Using generic hose unions other than those provided may cause issues such as top cover rotation problems, pressure leaks, or thread damage due to contact with internal parts.

BLOW OFF VALVE FV operation
[ Throttle ON ]
Dual valve spring, the combination of the new adjustable valve spring system and the intake manifold pressure provide great control to keep the valve shut even in high boost situations.
[When Accelerator is OFF]
Valve preload is removed when surge tank pressure becomes vacuum and diaphragm and dual spring is pulled. The lower spring rate allows the charge-pipe boost pressure to easily open the valve faster, blow-offs quicker.
[ Throttle OFF (after blow off)]
Even the intake manifold pressure is vacuum and diaphragm is pulled up, once remained pressure is expelled, the new lower spring closes the valve in preparation for throttle ON to be re-opened and boost to resume.
