It’s Fuel delivery tube for DENSO top feed injector.
A union can also be attached to the center of the delivery tube.
When fuel is supplied from both ends of the delivery tube, the return piping can be connected to the center. The tube body is made of aluminum and anodized, and two colors, black and blue, can be selected.
